CRAZY TIMES AND THE QUEST TO HEAL
There are people with scars of hurt, past wrongs clinch their fists
They are looking to be healed, and screaming out for justice
There are some that scream their pain, to law makers on the hill
While throwing justice to the wind, and grouping people for the kill
They look to heal in angry protest, accusing all not on their side
They think the louder that they yell, will pass a law that says you’re fine
They are wanting to be seen, and all that hear them should believe
While some are paid to raise the pitch, with the money they receive
Please understand the healing sought, will never come from rage
Even if conviction comes, and your assailants in a cage
Your pain will still be with you, you’ll lash out until you find
The peace that comes, from Gods love, that settles in your mind
For that love is a love that’s true, and heals as it grows inside
Until that point you see yourself, sharing love as you confide
Another with a trouble, at the start of where you were
And yes a prayer and forgiveness, to the ones you hated long before
These are crazy times when the right is right
Even crazier now that the lefts left
As we steer from God so goes our might
As evil enemies laugh at our debt
When negotiation always seems to break down
And the teams do not want to trade
It no longer makes our nation sound
It has just become a numbers game
And with ideals of the left being so far from right
And we have one of two sides to choose
Our country votes evil or good in one night
It’s the worlds moral constitution we can lose

beautifully said, and so true! We need to come together and stop the finger pointing. At the end of the day I believe we all want the same thing, just have different views of how to get their. Give our President the respect a President deserves regardless of which side your on and the room to make a real difference!
I agree give our leaders the freedom past leaders have had, we gave Obama the freedom to give away our hard earned health care to those who are not citizens, to disrespect our closest allies England and Israel, to give hundreds of millions of the tax payers money to nations that hate us , which took away from this country when it was in need, how was it Obamas priest put it , Oh yeah god dam America,,, yeah Barack you had your turn, now get out of the way and let a president who loves this country run it for the good of all people, pray for our leaders
A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand!, and iron does not mix with clay. Unless we have sweeping reforms like that ancient city Nineveh, we will always have division. These states are anything but united. In the mean time the best we can do is try and be content with what we have, be thankful and grateful.
